Well, the process of applying for a new electricity connection is straightforward. You can apply for a new e-connection effectively by the procedure discussed in this article.

Required Documents

Before submitting the online application form, Ensure you’ve collected all necessary documents mentioned below;

Property Ownership Proof

Ensure you’ve Property Ownership Proof for which you want to apply for a new electricity meter. It’ll make sure that the property is yours.

No Objection Certificate (NOC)

No Objection Certificate ensures that you’ve no Objection to the start of a new electricity connection.

Attested CNIC Copy

Collect attested copies of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) with attestation of 2 witnesses before applying for a new e-connection.

Affidavit

An affidavit is a form that confirms no connection is present at the provided premises.

How to apply for a SEPCO New Connection Online

Click the “ENC Website” button above and Fill out the online application form by following the procedure below;

Subdivision Information

Step 1: First of all, Select the Distribution Company as “SEPCO”

Step 2: Select New electricity Connection Category Type.

Step 3: Select Sub-division from the provided options.

Step 4: Enter your Neighbour Reference number in the provided section. If a connection is already at the premises, You’ve to fill out the Reference Number of that electricity connection instead of entering your Neighbour’s Reference number.

Step 5: In the next section, Enter your connection type. Select your desired type of connection, including Commercial, Industrial, Temporary, Electrification (Colonies), Street Light and Corporate Company.

Applicant’s Particulars

Step 1: Select applicant status to Landlord/owner or Tenant/Rental. If you own your home, select “Landlord/Owner”. If you rent, select “Tenant/Rental”.

Step 2: In the first option, enter your full name and your Father/Husband’s name in the section parallel to it. If you’re a citizen of Pakistan, select the Pakistani. Similarly, if you do not live in Pakistan, select the “Foreigner” option.

Provide your NIC/CNIC in the next option and your present address in the option parallel to it. Provide your Mobile number in the “Mobile Number 1” option and your Father/Husband Number in the “Mobile Number 2” option.

The form requires your contact information to stay in touch with you. If the information is the same as above, click on the “same as above” box.

Provide the information on where you want to install a new electicity connection. If you already have an electricity connection, please select it here. If you do not already own an electricity meter, Select 0.

Attachments

After Filling out the entire form, attach the required documents, including a Copy of the Property Document, Applicant Attested CNIC Copy, Witness Attest CNIC Copy, Electricity Bill Copy of the Neighbour, Affidavit Form Copy, and Test Report of the Wiring Contractor.
